About Us

 Thurston For Wellness brings hydration and high-quality vitamins and nutrients TO YOU! We are a Mobile IV (Intravenous) Therapy service and we also offer IM (Intramuscular) injections. We are very proud to serve Saginaw, Michigan, the Tri-Cities and surrounding areas.

Melissa Thurston BSN, RN, founder of Thurston For Wellness, has been a Registered Nurse since 2012. She attended Delta College for her Associate's Degree and also earned her Bachelor's Degree from Chamberlain University in 2020. The majority of her career has been spent working in the Intensive Care Unit and she also has experience in Progressive Care, Medical-Surgical Care, Home Care and working as a Travel Nurse. While working in the Hospital setting, she has started many IV's, given many injections, and carefully managed a range of different IV drips. Melissa is passionate about health and wellness, disease prevention and alternative approaches to healthcare. Providing these services allows her to follow her dreams to be able to offer people a more natural and holistic way to help optimize their health and wellness and live their best lives!
